1% Rebate back to YOU!!
When you buy a New Home with me, at participating Builders, I will rebate back to you, 1% of my commission. You can use this money for upgrades, downpayment assistance, etc. There is no catch or gimmicks. As long as the builder participates in my program (almost all of the bigger ones do), you get the rebate. I can set you up with a salesperson I've worked with before on many of the New Builds to make sure you are taken care of. If you are going in and looking, just tell them you are represented by me and give them my name and company name. As long as you give them my name when you start to look, I can help represent you and get you your 1% Rebate.
Example: Purchase price of new home: $295,000
Rebate to you: $2,950 to use as you wish!
